Workouts are made for Home workout with only 2 necessary equipment (Resistance bands, Kettlebell) for getting Bigger Booty.
Diet plan will help you understand what and when you should be eating every meal for maximum results.
Upper body and core workouts are included. You will also loose fat and get toned.
Each workout is 30-45-60min, developed according to your Fitness level.
Every week contain 5 days of exercises, 2 days rest.
